Ethereum mining problem: The device is not found, no GPU output on multiple computers
As a cryptocurrency enthusiast with many computers, you are probably unfamiliar with the frustration that causes troubleshooting problems in the digital area. Recently, I have experienced a similar problem on three identical computers: Windows 7, Windows 8 and older X64 based on the Windows 10 system. My goal is to share my conclusions, possible reasons and solutions to this problem that influence Ethereum digging.
Problem
My setup consisted of two 7700HD ATI graphics cards (one in a separate hood from the third XFX HDI 7870) and the X64 based Windows 10 system. All hardware was optimized by Ethereum Mining using AMD Radeon software. At first it seemed like everything was working smoothly, but after a while I spent the idle, I noticed that my Ethereum mining the mining process stiffening, leaving no GPU output on computers.
DECIDE NOT FINDED ERROR
After conducting the study, I found out that my operating system reports a “not found” error in an attempt to launch AMD Radeon software. This error message usually indicates that the system cannot find one or more devices with the stated drivers installed.
GPU Output Problem
The final question was that despite the fact that several video cards were used for Ethereum extraction, the output was not visible on any of my computer. Radeon software was still correctly implemented and configured, but I didn’t see any GPU activity.

- Network Connection : A temporary problem may be related to network connection problems or interference with other devices.
Potential solutions
To solve the following problems:
- Update graphics drivers : Make sure your graphics drivers will be updated in the following steps:
* Windows 10: Open Device Manager (press Win + x> Devices and Sounds> Device Manager), expand “Show Adapters” to find your video card, right -click on it and click on it and on it Choose “Features”. Click the driver tab and click “Update the driver”.
* About older systems or never -based computers: Talk to the manufacturer’s documents to update the drivers.

* Windows 7: Open Radeon software, right -click on it and select “Properties”. Remove the box next to “Run” and click “OK”.
* Windows 8: Press Win + R, enter Radeoncfg.exe and press ENTER. Right -click the list of your video card in the list of possible devices and select “Disable the device”.
- Network Settings
: Check that your system network settings are correct:
* Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
* Check that other devices are interfering with your etherne or Wi-Fi connections.
Conclusion
This issue affected all three computers, so the Ethereum extraction setup made a “device not found” error and GPU output. Once you have identified potential hardware conflicts, driver’s problems and network communication problems, you can take steps to solve these problems and ensure that your Ethereum mining is smooth.
